Early bird places for What’s Next? are open 🚀
Join us if you know you don’t want to do 'this' anymore, but don’t know what you want to do instead.
If you have even the slightest niggle that work isn't right, that there must be something more inspiring out there, that you would make a change if only that was an option... let me tell you, IT IS!
On my What’s Next? group programme we work on those doubts that are stopping you moving forward, we help you come up with ideas for your next career step and create a plan rather than just sporadically looking at job sites on your lunch hour or whilst feeding a baby, and we help you build up the confidence to start conversations and believe that you can do it.
I was chatting to a previous attendee last week who described how she started this year relieved that she didn't have the whole "January - need to sort my life out" feeling. She is about to start having some time on and for herself. Investing in some training which she knows she will enjoy, feeling more relaxed and comfortable that she will continue to have time off with her youngest because in the background she has an ongoing plan, one that keeps her brain busy and her passions for other stuff outside the house alive. She also talked about how just making the decision to book this training, even though it was expensive, was the hardest bit. And I relate to that, sometimes it is just making the initial decision, being brave enough to explore, that is tough and then everything follows.
Cohort #6 starts on 13 February with a peer group of up to six mums on the same career change journey as you. If you want to do work that fits around the family and feels like "you", here is where you can read more. What does the enrolment fee cover?

A follow-up Momentum Call a month after the programme ends where we share where we are at on our career change journey’s, celebrate our progress, ask questions we may have and get advice on any challenges we might be experiencing.
